  Buy and ride with confidence knowing every Ribble bike comes with a lifetime frame and fork warranty* and a crash replacement program.

• FRAME & FORK WARRANTY

  We offer a lifetime warranty on all Ribble frames and forks for the original purchaser. This covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, so you can ride with complete confidence.

   

  COMPONENTS WARRANTY

  All other Ribble & Level branded components on our bikes are covered by a 2-year warranty, ensuring they meet the high standards you expect. All other components are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy, even if packaged or sold with Ribble products. Your warranty will commence from the date you received your bike.

*Ribble's lifetime warranty is eligible on bikes purchased from February 2025. If you purchased before this date please refer to the warranty terms at the time of the original purchase. Please use our contact form if you are unsure about your original purchase date.
