While our warranty gives you peace of mind, there are some situations it doesn’t cover. Please read the exclusions carefully so you know what falls outside of our policy.
Not Covered by Warranty
Bikes or components without an original order number or proof of purchase.
Bikes or components that are second-hand and not returned by the original purchaser.
Bikes or components with a removed, tampered, damaged, or unreadable serial number.
Bikes used for commercial purposes, such as hire fleets or courier services.
Wear, Damage & Misuse
Normal wear and tear.
Cosmetic damage that develops over time (not present at purchase).
Corrosion.
Crash, crush, or impact damage.
Misuse or neglect.
Lack of reasonable or proper maintenance.
Incorrect installation, modifications, or third-party work not agreed in writing by Ribble.
Consumables Not Covered
The following consumable parts are excluded:
Gear cables
Freehub bodies
Inner tubes
Brake pads
Bearings
Wheel truing
These are classed as consumable items and not covered by warranty.
