If your eBike is showing a flashing pink light, it means the system has detected an error. Here’s what to do:

Step 1: Connect to the MAHLE app

• Download the MAHLE Companion app from the Apple Store or Google Play (if you haven’t already).

• Pair your bike with the app.

Step 2: Check the error code

• Once connected, the app will display an error code linked to the issue.

• Make a note of this code.

Step 3: Contact Ribble

• Get in touch with our Customer Service team and share the error code
