Every Ribble CustomColour bike is hand-painted in the UK by our skilled team, with each finish covered by a 2-year paint warranty.
What’s covered by warranty
Manufacturing defects in paintwork
What’s not covered
Normal wear and tear (e.g. stone chips, abrasion from bags or panniers, wear at dropouts)
Cosmetic scratches or minor blemishes — these are part of the hand-paint process and give each bike its unique patina
Lead times
Choosing CustomColour will extend your bike’s lead time, usually by several weeks compared to a standard build
Lead times are clearly displayed during bike specification on our website
Times may fluctuate depending on demand
Returns policy
As each CustomColour bike is hand-painted to your specification, returns aren’t accepted unless there is a structural manufacturing defect
Please make sure you’re happy with your design before ordering
You can view colours in our showrooms or discuss options via Live Video Chat before placing an order
Paint care and touch-ups
Paint can chip or mark over time, especially with gravel riding, bikepacking or mountain biking
We provide a range of touch-up paints to match your bike’s design*
For accident damage, we also offer a crash replacement policy — contact Customer Service for support
Important notes
Regular cleaning and maintenance will help keep your paintwork in top condition and within warranty
Ribble may occasionally withdraw certain colours or designs without notice — if this affects your order, we’ll contact you to discuss options
