Fitting Pedals

Pedals are a personal choice, so we don’t supply them as standard with most of our bikes. If you’ve ordered pedals or have your own ready, here’s how to install them:

The right side of the bike is where the chain is (your right when seated). Before installing, ensure grease has been applied to the crank arm by our mechanic. Then, match the ‘L’ or ‘R’ on the pedal with the crank’s marking. Hand-thread each pedal in, align properly, and tighten with a 15mm pedal wrench or Allen key to the recommended torque.
