We appreciate your effort and will try to fix the article
1) Fig 1 shows all the necessary parts for the saddle clamp.
2) Using the rubber connector, attach both parts of the lower assembly as seen in the picture (fig 2)
3) Marry the two sub assemblies together (fig 3)
4) Loosen the clamping bolt to allow enough room to attach the saddle clamp to the saddle rails.
5) Place the saddle clamp assemby on the saddle rails. (fig 4)
6) Keeping pressure on the saddle clamp assembly to ensure nothing moves, place the saddle clamp onto the seatpost.(fig 5)
7) Tighten the clamping bolt, adjust the saddle to the angle and position you wish and then torque the clamping bolt to the specified torque.
If a new 7x7 Saddle Clamp is required, an Ultra Tri Saddle Clamp Assembly can be purchased and used after removing some unnecessary parts. Attached picture shows what is required to be removed, sections highlighted in red.
