Can I top up my Cycle to Work voucher?

No - we can’t accept top-up payments on the bike or products themselves.

Your Cycle to Work voucher must cover the full value of the bike and any eligible accessories, plus delivery in line with government scheme rules.

These rules are in place to protect the tax benefits of the scheme, so it’s really important that the voucher alone is used for payment.

What if my voucher doesn't cover the full amount of the bike I want?

If your voucher falls short, your best next step is to speak to your employer. They may be able to issue a higher‑value voucher so you can complete your purchase within the scheme rules.

Top tip: Before requesting your voucher, it’s best to get a quote from our website. That way, you’ll know the exact value to request from your employer and avoid any delays.
