When will I receive my order confirmation?

After placing your order and uploading your valid Cycle to Work voucher to your online portal, our Admin Team will review your order to ensure the details match the voucher. Once verified and approved, you will receive an order confirmation along with your build date.

Please note that order confirmations may sometimes land in your spam folder, so be sure to check there first.
