How to set up e-tube app
Below is a useful link that shows you how to set up the Shimano E-tube app and connect the app to your new bike.
Ultegra and Dura Ace only - buttons on top of shifters
In the Shimano e-tube app, select your bike, select the switch as left or right shifter, and then select the button on top of the shifter and configure to what you’d like it to do, for example you can choose the button on the left shifter to go up the cassette and the button on the right shifter to go down the cassette.
