I've Just Received My 12 Speed Di2 Bike and The Derailleur Isn't Getting Any Power

Initial Di2 setup is very simple, but sometimes you might find that the derailleurs do not get any power. The first thing to check would be that the appropriate plugs in the battery have been used. When you receive the bike, you should find that there are two cables coming from the seatpost tube, which connect to the battery located in the seatpost. 

It does not matter which cables go into which ports, it is important that the ‘master’ port is used. This essentially acts as a power switch for the battery. If this port is not used, the battery will not give power and the groupset will not function. Below, there is a picture which shows which port must be used.
