Setting up Di2 is usually straightforward, but sometimes the derailleurs may not receive power. Here’s how to check and resolve it.
1. Check the battery connections
When your bike arrives, you’ll find two cables running from the seatpost tube. These connect to the battery inside the seatpost.
It doesn’t matter which cable goes into which port, but it’s essential that the master port is used.
The master port works like a power switch. If it isn’t connected, the battery won’t supply power and the groupset won’t function.

2. Still not working?
