Exchange Process
Frame size exchanges involve a new build, and dispatch will depend on parts availability and our current production schedule.
Handlebar or stem adjustments are normally completed by one of our service partners or local bike shops.
If a bike needs to be returned to Ribble HQ for these changes, courier fees may apply.
Finance Orders
If your order was placed using a finance agreement, you can return it within 14 days of delivery in line with your finance provider’s cooling-off period.
Returns after this timeframe are not eligible unless the item is faulty.
Refunds for finance orders are handled directly through your finance provider once the return is complete.
What’s Excluded from Return or Exchange
The following items and order types are not eligible for return or exchange unless a structural or manufacturing fault is confirmed:
- Custom Colour bikes, as these are painted to your personal specification
- Limited Edition, Ex-Demo, Ex-Display, or Team Issue bikes
- Bikes purchased through a Cycle to Work scheme
- Bikes purchased using finance after the 14-day cooling-off period
- Bikes or accessories that have been modified from their original specification
- Business or bulk orders
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your bike or accessory arrives damaged or develops a fault, return shipping and inspection are covered by Ribble. See Faulty or Damaged Items for full details.
International Orders
International returns are managed by ESW, our global payments and logistics partner.
Refunds for international orders are processed by ESW and will exclude any customs duties, local taxes, or international shipping costs.
