Our bikes are built to perform, and we’re confident you’ll love the way yours rides. But if it’s not quite what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery — no problem.
How it works
To ensure a smooth return process, there are a few important conditions to keep in mind:
- Condition matters: The bike must be returned in a clean, undamaged condition.
- Original packaging: It must be packed in the original Ribble box with all protective materials. If you no longer have the packaging, a replacement can be provided for a small fee.
- Assembly: The bike should be assembled in the same way it was when delivered.
- Usage limits: Light use consistent with a short test ride is perfectly fine. However, bikes showing signs of crashes, impacts, heavy wear, or damage will not be eligible for return.
- UK only: The 30-Day Test Ride is available exclusively to customers within the UK and applies only to bikes purchased directly from Ribble Cycles.
Exclusions
While the 30-Day Test Ride covers most bikes, some exclusions apply. The policy does not include:
- Custom Colour bikes, including Gtechniq application
- Limited Edition models
- Ex-Demo, Ex-Display or Clearance bikes
- Team Issue models
- Bikes purchased through V12 Finance & Cycle to Work schemes
