30-Day Test Ride Policy

Ride it. Love it. Or return it within 30 days.

Our bikes are built to perform, and we’re confident you’ll love the way yours rides. But if it’s not quite what you expected, you can return or exchange it within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery — no problem.

How it works

• The bike must be clean, undamaged, and returned in its original Ribble packaging.

• Light use from a few rides is fine, but any crash damage or heavy wear will make it ineligible for return.

• If you no longer have the packaging, we can provide a replacement for a small fee.

• Some bikes, such as Custom Colour or Cycle to Work purchases, are excluded from this policy.

• The 30-Day Test Ride is available to UK customers only and applies to bikes purchased directly from Ribble Cycles.
