Cancelling before your bike is built
If your order hasn’t entered the build stage, you can cancel by contacting our Customer Service team.
For V12 Finance orders, you’ll need to complete a new finance application if you decide to reorder.
Any new order will go through the usual payment checks and production schedule, which may result in a revised dispatch date.
Cancelling after the build has started
Once your bike is in build, components and assembly work will have begun. At this stage, an £80 restocking fee applies to cover workshop time and materials.
If your bike includes a CustomColour and paint preparation has started, cancellation isn’t possible due to the bespoke nature of the work.
If your order has already been dispatched
Orders can’t be cancelled once shipped.
You’ll need to follow our standard returns process once your order is delivered.
