When you place an order you will be added to all communications from Ribble, this includes the marketing newsletter. You can opt-out of these communications by using the unsubscribe link in the email or the preference centre available in the 'My Account' section. Failing this if you don’t open any emails or visit the Ribble Cycles website for a period of 180 days we will automatically stop sending you emails. Data is gathered as you browse the site and buy from Ribble Cycles and is used to build knowledge about what products are most commonly browsed and purchased. this information is associated with the email address. We use this data in an anonymised way to target you and people like you on social sites such as Facebook and Google. Again, once you opt-out your data is no longer used for this type of profiling.

When you place an order, we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and the card's expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and to notify you of the status of your request. We may also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order.
