UK Bike Delivery - How It Works

Your bike, built for you

Every Ribble bike is hand-built to order by our mechanics, checked against up to 110 quality control points, and packed ready for delivery. Most bikes are ready for dispatch within 5–10 working days.

At checkout you’ll see an estimated dispatch window based on stock at the time of order. This may change if there’s a delay between placing your order and confirming payment. Once your payment clears, we’ll confirm your dispatch date by email.

Express Build – ready in 48 hours 

Need your bike sooner? On selected models we offer a limited number of Express Build slots.

• Still built to order and fully quality checked

• Ready to ship within 48 hours

• Slots are limited and offered daily on a first-come basis

Cut-off times

• Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) enter the build queue the same day

• Orders placed after 2pm are scheduled the next working day

Delivery partners

We work with trusted couriers, chosen based on the size of your order and your delivery address. Once your bike has left us, delivery usually takes up to 48 hours, with full tracking updates provided.

DX-2 two-person service 

Some bikes are shipped with DX-2, a two-person delivery service for larger boxes.

• DX-2 doesn’t cover every postcode every day

• Some areas may only have weekly or twice-weekly deliveries

• If your Express Build bike is shipped via DX-2, delivery may take slightly longer

Important to know

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only

• Weekend and Bank Holiday deliveries aren’t available
