Express Build is a fast-track service that prioritises your bike order in the workshop. Instead of entering the standard build queue, your bike is moved to the front, where it is assembled by expert mechanics and prepared for dispatch in just 48 working hours (subject to stock availability).
For a small additional fee of £30, you benefit from significantly reduced waiting time, which is perfect if you need your bike quickly for an event, a trip, or simply because you’re eager to ride.
How Express Build Works
Select Your Bike
- While configuring your bike, you'll see whether Express Build is available for your chosen model and specification. Availability depends on stock and component readiness.
- Add Express Build at Checkout
- If the option is available, you can select Express Build during checkout. The £30 fee will be added to your order.
Once your order is confirmed:
- Your bike is moved to the front of the build queue
- Expert mechanics begin assembly with the same attention to detail as all bikes
Delivery and Order Timing
- Orders placed after 2 pm will begin processing the following working day
- If your cart includes multiple items, everything will be shipped together, based on the item with the latest availability
- You can track your order through your My Account Page online. Tracking details can be found once the order has been dispatched.
- Your bike will be expertly built within 48 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Once you’ve received your dispatch notification, it will be delivered within a further 3 working days.
- Delivery times after dispatch depend on your selected shipping method and location
Now that you know how it works, you’re ready to place your order with confidence and get your bike sooner, so you can focus on what really matters: your next ride.
