Viewing Dispatch Date in Your Shopping Cart

Once you have selected your bike and any accessories, the items will be added to your shopping cart.

Each item in your shopping cart will display its own 'Ready for dispatch' date based on current stock availability. This allows you to review the availability of each item before completing your order.

Dispatch Date for Bikes and Accessories

If you order accessories with your bike, your final dispatch date may change based on the availability of all items in your shopping cart.

Please review your shopping cart after adding your bike and any accessories. The dispatch date shown in your cart will be based on the item with the latest availability date, as your order will be dispatched together.

Example:

• Bike Ready for dispatch - Friday 2nd October
• Accessories Ready for dispatch - Monday 5th October

In this scenario, your complete order will be dispatched together by Monday 5th October.

What if I have selected Express Build?

Express Build speeds up the production of your bike, allowing it to enter production as soon as your order has been confirmed and scheduled. However, if your order includes accessories with a later availability date, your complete order will be dispatched together based on the latest available item. The dispatch date shown in your shopping cart and order details will always reflect the availability of all items in your order.
