Click & Collect – How It Works

Yes, we do offer Click & Collect through our showrooms (though not directly from the factory). Just a heads-up—due to limited space, our showrooms can only hold bike orders for up to 14 days, so be sure to collect yours in good time.

Delivery to Showrooms

We deliver to our showrooms once a week, so your bike may arrive slightly after the dispatch date given in your confirmation email.

If you’ve ordered an Express Bike, which is usually dispatched within 48 hours, please note that this won’t apply for showroom collection. Your bike will still be delivered on our weekly showroom drop, so there may be a short delay. The showroom team will be in touch once they have eyes on your bike to arrange collection.

What to Bring

When you come to collect your bike, please bring:
- Your order confirmation
- If you purchased through Cycle Scheme or V12 Finance, you’ll also need photo ID (a full UK driving licence or valid passport will do).
