Click & Collect – How It Works

Click & Collect is available from all Ribble showrooms (not from our factory).

Collection timeframe

• Bikes can be held at showrooms for up to 14 days due to limited space.

• Please collect within this time to avoid your order being returned to our warehouse.

Delivery to showrooms

• We deliver to each showroom once a week.

• This means your bike may arrive slightly after the dispatch date shown in your confirmation email.

• Express Build bikes (normally dispatched within 48 hours) will still follow the weekly showroom delivery schedule, so collection may take a little longer.

• Once your bike arrives, the showroom team will contact you to confirm it’s ready for collection.

What to bring when collecting

• Your order confirmation

• If purchased through Cycle Scheme or V12 Finance, valid photo ID (UK driving licence or passport)

Important to know

• Bikes must be collected in person by the purchaser. This is a requirement for all finance and Cycle Scheme orders.
