What if I don't have a Cycle To Work Voucher?

We will require either a voucher, certificate or letter of collection from your cycle-to-work provider to secure your order, the only exception to this rule would be Cyclescheme. If you have not yet obtained a cycle-to-work voucher, please speak to your employer in the first instance about how to obtain a voucher, certificate or letter of collection.

• Halfords Cycle to Work - A Letter of Collection will be emailed to you from your employer, sent directly from Halfords. 
• Bike2Work Scheme.co.uk - A Bike Voucher will be issued by your employer. Please ensure your voucher is signed and dated as specified. 
• Salary Extras/Caboodle - A letter of Collection will be issued by your employer, along with a separate email with your unique code. We will require both documents to secure your order.  
• Vivup (SME HCI Ltd) - A voucher is sent directly to our Admin team.
• Gogeta - An email with all voucher details will be sent directly to you. 
• Green Commute Initiative (GCI) - A Collection Voucher will be required to secure your order. 
• Evans Cycles -  A Ride to Work Certificate will be emailed to you from your employer, sent directly from Evans Cycles. 
• Enjoy Benefits - A Purchase Order is sent directly to our Admin team. 
• Cycle Solutions - A voucher will be issued by your employer, we would require both the Order Reference and Redemption Code to secure your order. 
• Cyclescheme.co.uk - Please enter your Certificate and Redemption Code at the point of purchase.
