After placing your order online, the easiest way to stay updated is through My Account > Orders, where you can track your order's progress at any time.
From order confirmation through to delivery, we'll keep you updated at key stages throughout your journey. This guide explains the communications you'll receive, what they mean, and what you can expect next.
Step 1: Order placed
Once youve placed your order through our website;
- At checkout, you’ll see an estimated dispatch timeframe.
- Payment is taken here to get things moving.
- On the final screen, you will be presented with your order reference number. Keep this safe, as you will use it for any future correspondence.
Step 2: Order acknowledgement
Once you've placed your order online, you'll receive an "Order Has Been Placed Successfully" email confirming that we've received your order.
This email provides a summary of your order, including:
- A full breakdown of charges
- Your bike model and specification
- Any custom options selected during checkout
- Your order reference number
This email is sent immediately after your order is placed and serves as confirmation that your order has been successfully submitted.
What's next?
The next stage of your order journey will depend on your chosen payment method. Once payment has been successfully processed and verified, we'll send your Order Confirmation email.
Step 3: Order confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully processed, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email. This means your order has been verified and is now officially in our system. At this stage, we'll:
- Schedule your bike for production
- Send you a Build Confirmation with your estimated dispatch date.
Depending on your payment method, this email may take a few days to arrive.
Step 4: Build confirmation
When your bike is ready for production, we’ll email you with an estimated dispatch date. Please note this date is an estimate. We sometimes dispatch earlier, but as every bike is built to order, there may also be occasions where more time is needed.
If anything changes, we’ll update you straight away.
Step 5: Dispatch email
As soon as your bike leaves us, we’ll send you:
- Delivery details
- Tracking information
- Links to our Welcome Guide and e-bike manual (if applicable)
From here, your bike is on its way to your door.
Step 6: Invoice email
Around 24 hours after delivery, you’ll receive your invoice by email.
- If you’ve purchased through finance or Cycle to Work, the invoice will go directly to the company.
- Need a copy? Just ask our team.
For more information, please see our article How to request a copy of your invoice.
Need to make a change?
Whether changes can be made depends on the stage of your order, and additional fees may apply. For more information, please see our article Can I Change My Order After Purchase?.
