If you’re not happy with our response, you can escalate your complaint to our Senior Management Team by emailing complaints@ribblecycles.co.uk.


For complaints related to agreements regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, you also have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge. Please note, you’ll need to do this within six months of receiving our final response or 8-week holding letter. You can find more information and their contact details at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
