Amending or Cancelling Orders

Whilst we appreciate that you may change your mind regarding your order, we cannot amend a bike order once it has been placed. If you wish to change your selected configuration, the order must be cancelled and a new order placed. For V12 orders, a new finance application will be required. Please note this new order process will be subject to the same payment verification checks and order schedule that may result in a new estimated despatch date.

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity if you need to cancel your order. Due to the custom nature of the product, any cancellation of your order after the build has commenced will incur an £80.00 restocking fee. We cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched, which will then be subject to the usual returns process.
