- Clean the Surface:
Before you begin, clean the area thoroughly with soap and water, then wipe it down with a microfiber cloth to remove any dust, dirt, or grease. Use a gentle cleaner if necessary to ensure the surface is completely free of contaminants.
- Apply the Touch-Up Paint:
Use the smallest brush available to carefully apply a thin layer of touch-up paint to the damaged area. Try to stay within the boundaries of the damaged area to avoid excess paint.
Apply multiple thin layers to prevent drips or uneven texture. Build the color gradually, allowing each layer to dry in between.
- Apply Clear Coat Lacquer:
Once the paint has dried, use the separate brush provided to apply a thin coat of clear coat lacquer. This helps protect the touch-up paint and provides a glossy finish.
Apply the lacquer in thin, even strokes, and avoid over-applying to prevent runs or bubbles.
- Allow to Dry and Cure:
After applying the lacquer, let the area dry. Once fully cured, your repair should be well-protected and blend seamlessly with the surrounding area.
