Test Ride At Clitheroe

Our flagship showroom in Clitheroe, Lancashire offers you the opportunity to test-ride a selection of bikes from across our all-encompassing range, including our fastest aero road bike ever - the Ultra SL R, versatile CGR all-road bikes, off-road optimised Gravel bikes and, of course, our superlight, hill-conquering e-bikes (subject to availability). You can fully experience the benefits of our world-class performance bikes and marvel at the pedal assist platform that is our electric bike collection. This service is completely free of charge, and the process for booking your test ride is incredibly simple.

We have a dedicated fleet of conventional and electric bikes in a range of sizes available to try out for a pre-booked 30-minute test ride slot (subject to availability). These slots are only available during daylight hours on any day when the Clitheroe showroom is open. Booking is required to secure your ride slot (30 mins max).

What to expect on the day

Before you begin your test ride, we will ask you to complete a test ride form on one of our iPads, and a credit or debit card will be used to take a non-refundable deposit of 60p in your name. We will ask you to leave your payment card and an accompanying form of ID with us for the duration of your test ride. This will remain in a secure card lock box which only you will have the access key to; this will also have a tag with the showroom contact number in case of emergency.

Once all the contact points of the bike are sanitised (bars, levers, buttons, and saddles), the bike is then yours to test independently for 30 minutes. Helmets and Hi-Viz vests can be provided upon request, but we advise customers to bring their own where possible. We also advise that customers take their mobile phone with them during the duration of the test ride in case of emergency.
