UK bike delivery – how it works

Your bike, built for you
Every Ribble bike is hand-built to order by our mechanics, checked with up to 110 quality control points, and packed ready for delivery. Most bikes are ready in 5–10 days.

At checkout you’ll see an estimated dispatch window based on stock at the time of order. This may update if there’s a delay between placing your order and confirming payment. Once payment clears, you’ll receive a revised dispatch date.

Express Build – ready in 48 hours
Need it faster? We offer a limited number of Express Build slots on selected models. Your bike is still built to order and goes through the same full quality process but is ready to ship in less than 48 hours.

Available on selected models only. Slots are limited each day.

Cut-off times

• Orders placed before 2pm (Monday–Friday) join the build queue that day

• Orders placed after 2pm are scheduled the next business day

Delivery partners
We work with trusted couriers chosen by order type and delivery address. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes up to 48 hours. You’ll receive tracking updates along the way.

DX-2 delivery service
Some bikes are shipped with DX-2, a two-person service for larger boxes. DX-2 doesn’t cover every postcode every day – some areas see weekly or twice-weekly deliveries. If your Express Build bike goes via DX-2, delivery may take a little longer.

• Delivery is Monday to Friday only

• Weekend and Bank Holiday deliveries aren’t available
