To refit:
Hook the base of the battery into the derailleur

How to charge your SRAM AXS system
When it’s time to recharge, you’ll see a red flashing LED on your derailleur or shifter. Charging is quick and easy:
Remove the battery using the latch
Place it in the USB charger cradle that came with your bike
Plug it into a USB port — full charge takes about 60 minutes
Heads-up: Shifters use small button cell batteries (CR2032). These don’t recharge — just replace them every 12 months or when the LED turns red.
Using the SRAM AXS App
The SRAM AXS App puts full control of your groupset in your pocket.
With it you can:
Personalise your shifting setup
Check battery levels
Update firmware
Enable features like Sequential and Compensating shifting
It’s quick to set up and worth having — especially if you like to fine-tune your ride.
