How to fit a bottle cage to your Ribble bike

Fitting a bottle cage is quick and easy — you’ll only need one tool and a couple of minutes.

What you’ll need

• A 3mm or 4mm Allen/Hex key (depending on your bike’s bolts)

• The bolts already fitted to your bike (recommended)

Step-by-step guide

1. Line up the holes on your bottle cage with the bolt holes on your frame

2. Insert the bolts through the cage and into the frame

3. Tighten the bolts by hand first to avoid cross-threading

4. Finish tightening with your Allen/Hex key to around 1–2 Nm torque (just firm, not over-tight)

Your bottle cage is now ready for use. Always double-check it’s secure before heading out.
