How to Order a Ribble Bike Through the Cycle to Work Scheme

Step 1 – Check your workplace scheme

Start by speaking with your HR department to confirm which Cycle to Work provider your employer uses.

Step 2 – Choose your bike

Select your Ribble build and any accessories, then add them to your basket.

You’ll see two options in the basket:

• Secure checkout – If you’re ready to order, continue straight to checkout. You don’t need to wait for your voucher to arrive before placing your order.
• Get a Cycle to Work quote – This is useful if your employer requires a quote before they can issue your voucher. Quotes are valid for 28 days.

Step 3 – Place your order

At checkout, select Cycle to Work Scheme and choose your provider from the dropdown menu.

• If you already have your voucher: enter the code or upload the voucher file.
• If you don’t yet have your voucher: select “I don’t have my voucher” to complete your order. You’ll then have 28 days to upload your voucher in My Account. Please note: placing an order does not reserve stock — your order will only be confirmed once your voucher is uploaded and approved.

Important to know

• Your order will only move into our build process once your voucher is uploaded and approved. Uploading promptly is the best way to secure the lead time shown at checkout.
• If you place multiple orders, your voucher will be applied to the most recent one.
• Most providers require the full voucher amount to be redeemed in one transaction, so we recommend using the entire value when you order.
• Depending on your scheme, your salary sacrifice deductions may begin before your bike is delivered — check with your Cycle to Work provider if you’re unsure.
