Cheers for choosing a Ribble bike! We're thrilled you've picked us, and we want to make sure you're fully prepared to get your bike set up and ready to ride. Below is everything you can expect to receive with your bike, so you know exactly what's included.

1. The Bike Itself

Your Ribble bike is carefully built and checked before it’s shipped out. Depending on the model you’ve chosen, it may arrive fully assembled or with a few simple steps to complete. Don't worry though, if there’s any assembly to do, we’ve got you covered with easy-to-follow guides available on our website.

2. Tool Kit

We want to make sure you have all the right tools to get your bike set up and adjusted properly, so we include a basic tool kit with every bike. Here’s what you'll find in the kit:

  • Torque Wrench: For tightening bolts to the correct torque, helping to avoid over-tightening and ensuring everything stays secure.

  • Hex Bits (3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm): For adjusting components like the handlebars, saddle, and brakes.

  • T25 Torx Bit: Perfect for tightening screws on components like disc brakes and handlebars.

  • Phillips Head Torque Bit: For screws that need a cross-head screwdriver.

  • Pedal Spanner: Designed for installing and adjusting your pedals.

  • 5mm, 6mm, and 8mm Allen Keys: These are essential for fine-tuning and securing various parts of your bike.

This tool kit ensures you’ve got all the essentials to get your bike set up and make basic adjustments.

3. Welcome Guide and Setup Instructions

Every bike comes with a welcome guide and setup instructions tailored to your specific model. This guide will walk you through the assembly process, including attaching pedals, adjusting handlebars, and checking everything for safety. You’ll receive the welcome guide via email once your bike is on its way, so you’ll have it ready when the bike arrives.

Inside your welcome guide, you'll also find:

  • Safety and Setup Checklist: A helpful list to make sure everything is in place and ready before you head out on your first ride.

  • Warranty and Support Information: Details on your bike’s warranty, along with how to contact our customer support team if you need assistance.

4. Optional Upgrades

If you’ve selected any optional upgrades—such as a premium saddle, pedals, or other accessories—these will be included with your bike as well.
