1. Your bike

• Each bike is carefully built and checked before dispatch

• Depending on the model, it may arrive fully assembled or need a few simple steps to finish

• Easy-to-follow setup guides are available on our website if needed

2. Welcome guide and setup instructions

• Sent by email when your bike is dispatched

• Includes step-by-step setup instructions (fitting pedals, adjusting bars, safety checks)

• Comes with a safety and setup checklist, plus warranty and support details

3. Optional upgrades
If you’ve added extras such as pedals, a premium saddle or accessories, they’ll arrive with your bike too.

Tool kit
You can purchase a basic tool kit to help with setup and adjustments. 

This kit gives you all the essentials for first-time setup and basic maintenance.

Inside you’ll find:

• Torque wrench – tightens bolts correctly without over-torquing

• Hex bits (3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm) – for handlebars, saddle, brakes

• T25 Torx bit – for disc brakes and some handlebars

• Phillips head torque bit – for cross-head screws

• Pedal spanner – for fitting and adjusting pedals

• Allen keys (5mm, 6mm, 8mm) – for general adjustments
