We like to keep things clear and simple. Here’s what happens once you’ve placed your order.
Step 1: Order placed
Place your order through our website. At checkout, you’ll see an estimated dispatch timeframe. Payment is taken here to get things moving.
Step 2: Order acknowledgment
You’ll get an email with all your order details, including your bike model, spec and custom options.
Need to make a change? You’ll need to cancel and place a new order, so please contact our Customer Service team.
Step 3: Order confirmation
Once your payment clears, we’ll confirm your order by email. This means it’s officially in our system. We’ll then:
Schedule your bike for production
Send you a Build Confirmation once it’s ready
This email may take a few days to arrive. You can also track progress anytime in your Ribble account.
Step 4: Build confirmation
When your bike is ready for production, we’ll email you with an estimated dispatch date. If anything changes, we’ll update you straight away.
Step 5: Dispatch email
As soon as your bike leaves us, we’ll send you:
Delivery details
Tracking information
Links to our Welcome Guide and e-bike manual (if applicable)
From here, your bike is on its way to your door.
Step 6: Invoice email
Around 24 hours after delivery, you’ll receive your invoice by email.
If you’ve purchased through finance or Cycle to Work, the invoice will go directly to the company.

Receiving your bike
Every Ribble bike is hand-built and checked with care. It should arrive ready to ride. If you need any help or spot an issue, our Customer Service team is here for you.
