Our warranty is designed to give you complete peace of mind when riding your Ribble. Below you’ll find the key conditions that apply.

Who the Warranty Covers

• The Ribble warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

• It cannot be transferred or extended to another owner.

Inspections & Warranty Claims

• Ribble reserves the right to carry out a physical inspection of any Ribble frame, fork, or LEVEL component suspected of being faulty.

• If needed, we will only collect the bike from the country it was originally delivered to.

• To help us process a claim, we may request photos or descriptions of the issue before arranging a collection. This step is purely to support the process and does not replace a physical inspection.

Repairs & Replacements

• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will look to repair or replace the faulty product free of charge.

• Replacements are offered on a like-for-like basis, matching the value of the original goods at the time of purchase.

• We always aim to provide an exact replacement, but style, colourway, or graphics may differ between model years.

• Replacement stock is subject to availability at the time of your claim.
