Who the Warranty Covers
The Ribble warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
It cannot be transferred or extended to another owner.
Inspections & Warranty Claims
Ribble reserves the right to carry out a physical inspection of any Ribble frame, fork, or LEVEL component suspected of being faulty.
If needed, we will only collect the bike from the country it was originally delivered to.
To help us process a claim, we may request photos or descriptions of the issue before arranging a collection. This step is purely to support the process and does not replace a physical inspection.
Repairs & Replacements
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will look to repair or replace the faulty product free of charge.
Replacements are offered on a like-for-like basis, matching the value of the original goods at the time of purchase.
We always aim to provide an exact replacement, but style, colourway, or graphics may differ between model years.
Replacement stock is subject to availability at the time of your claim.
Our aim is always to get you back on the road as quickly and smoothly as possible.
