We ship internationally through our partner ESW, who work with trusted local couriers to get your order to you quickly and safely.
All orders for delivery outside of the UK must be placed via the correct regional site. Please ensure your destination country is selected before placing your order so that the correct pricing and any applicable taxes or customs duties are applied.
Orders placed on the UK site for international delivery may need to be cancelled and refunded, and a new order will be required via the correct regional site.

The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, including all applicable taxes and import duties. We work with trusted international delivery partners to:
- Calculate all taxes and import duties upfront
- Include them in your total price at checkout
- Handle all customs documentation to ensure your order clears smoothly

Delivery costs
- Bikes: Free delivery on all bikes
- Parts & Accessories: Fees vary by location and are calculated on checkout.
Delivery times
- Europe: 3–7 working days
- Rest of the World: 6–12 working days
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your country and local courier services.
For US orders, any applicable state and local sales taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your delivery address. These are not shown in the basket total.
Important Information
- All items will be shipped together, with the dispatch date based on the latest availability in your cart
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only
- Weekend and Bank Holiday deliveries aren’t available
- We take the time to ensure every bike arrives in perfect condition, ready for you to ride
- Orders placed after 2 pm or on a weekend/Bank Holiday, will be processed the next working day
This helps ensure your full order arrives together and as smoothly as possible.
What happens if my delivery is unsuccessful or returned to sender?
If your order is returned to sender (RTS), we’re unfortunately unable to resend the original package. Once a parcel is returned to us, it is processed through our warehouse in line with our standard returns procedure, and a refund is issued to your original payment method. This is due to system limitations, tracking requirements, and international compliance regulations, including the handling of duties and taxes collected at checkout. If you still wish to receive your items, you’ll need to place a new order.
