Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees
If a delay occurs, we’ll let you know as soon as possible
If we can’t meet the estimated delivery date, you can:
Cancel your order and receive a full refund
Continue with your order and receive a refund of any delivery charges
Delays outside our control
If we’re unable to meet a delivery date due to supplier delays or other events beyond our control, you have the right to cancel by giving written notice. In these cases:
No compensation or indemnity is due
Ribble will still be entitled to payment for any products already supplied
Carrier restrictions
We reserve the right to cancel an order if our delivery partners are unable to deliver to your address under our standard contract terms.
