Making a change to your bike

We hand-build all bikes to order, and because of this, bikes returned for exchange of model or a frame size swap will incur a £50 workshop fee. Want to return your bike for a refund? Your bike has been custom-built to your specification; therefore, bikes returned for a refund will incur an £80 re-stocking fee.

Bicycles must be packaged and returned to us in the same Ribble box and using the protective materials you received in your order. Replacement packaging for the bike can be provided at a cost of £25.

The 30-day test ride commences from the date of the delivery, and you must inform us via email within 30 calendar days if you wish to return the bicycle.
