How to assemble the SL seatpost saddle clamp

Follow these steps to correctly assemble and fit your Ribble SL seatpost saddle clamp.

Assembly Instructions

1. Check parts
   Fig. 1 shows all the parts included in the saddle clamp.

2. Build the lower assembly
   Use the rubber connector to attach both parts of the lower assembly (Fig. 2).

3. Join the assemblies
   Marry the two sub-assemblies together (Fig. 3).

4. Prepare the clamp
   Loosen the clamping bolt to allow enough room to fit the clamp over the saddle rails.

5. Fit to saddle rails
   Place the clamp onto the rails (Fig. 4).

6. Attach to seatpost
   While holding the clamp firmly so nothing shifts, fit it onto the seatpost (Fig. 5).

7. Tighten and adjust
   Adjust the saddle angle and position to suit, then torque the clamping bolt to the specified setting.

Replacement Saddle Clamps

If you need a new 7x7 saddle clamp, you can use the Ultra Tri Saddle Clamp Assembly as a replacement. Some parts need to be removed first — see the picture with red highlights for guidance.
