Like all lithium batteries, your eBike’s battery won’t last forever. Unlike the old-school lead-acid ones, these modern lithium cells can’t be serviced or repaired—once they’re done, they need swapping out. If your battery gives up after the two-year warranty from Mahle has passed, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered!

We offer a battery replacement service to get you back on the road. If we’re collecting your bike from your home, the cost is £750, but if you can drop it off at one of our showrooms, that knocks off the shipping fees, bringing it down to £675. From there, it’ll head to our Preston HQ, where our expert mechanics will fit the new battery and give your bike a full check-over to make sure everything’s running smoothly. This price covers all parts, labour, and a pre-delivery inspection.
