Cancelling Before Your Bike Is Built
If your order hasn’t yet entered the build stage, you can cancel it by reaching out to our Customer Service team.
For orders placed using V12 Finance, a new finance application will be required if you decide to reorder.
Please be aware that any new order will go through the same payment checks and production schedule as the original, which may result in a new estimated despatch date.
Cancelling After the Build Has Started
Once your bike enters the build process, we’ve already started preparing components and assembling your order. In this case:
A £80 restocking fee will apply to cover workshop time and materials used.
If your order includes a Custom Colour and any part of the preparation or paintwork has begun, we’re unable to process a cancellation due to the bespoke nature of the work.
If Your Order Has Already Been Dispatched
Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped. Once delivered, your item will need to be returned through our standard returns process.
