Every bike is built to order by our skilled mechanics, undergoes a second quality inspection (up to 110 points depending on the bike), and is then packed ready to send out.  The majority of our bikes are ready to go in 5–10 days.  That’s precision craftsmanship and swift delivery.

When ordering you will see an estimate window of when we think we will be able to dispatch your bike, this is based off stock availability at your point of order, this window may change if there is a delay between you placing your order and us confirming payment. Once payment is confirmed you will receive a revised date.

EXPRESS BUILD – READY TO SHIP IN 48 HOURS

Need a bike even faster? Every day we have a limited number of Express Build slots for selected models.  That means your bike is built to order and ready to ship in less than 48 hours. There’s no compromise on quality; every bike goes through the same build and quality process, ensuring it arrives road (or trail) ready.

CUT-OFF TIMES

All our bikes are built to order.  One bike, one mechanic.  Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are go into the build queue on that day.  Orders places after that time are scheduled by our team on the next business day.

OUR DELIVERY PARTNERS

We work with a range of delivery partners that we choose based on what is in the order and the delivery address we’re sending to.  Once your order is dispatched our couriers usually take up to 48hrs to deliver and will keep you updated throughout the process.
