Using the Mahle ‘My SmartBike’ app with your eBike

The Mahle ‘My SmartBike’ app lets you get the most from your Ribble eBike. Here’s how to download, connect, and use it.

Downloading the app

• Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

• Works with any modern smartphone or tablet

Setting up your account

1. Download the app and open it

2. You’ll be redirected to the SmartBike website to create an account

3. Once your account is set up, return to the app and sign in with your details

Connecting your eBike

1. Switch on your eBike’s motor system and keep your phone within 2 metres

2. Open the app and enable all necessary permissions (Bluetooth and GPS/location)

3. From the main menu, select “Connect my e-bike”

4. Once paired, your bike’s information will be displayed in the app
