How to track your Ribble order in your account

Your Ribble account is the easiest way to follow your order every step of the way, from the moment you place it right through to delivery or collection.


See your order progress live

Once your order is placed, log in to your account at any time to see real-time updates.
You’ll find a clear Order Progress timeline at the top of your order page showing:

  • Green – Completed
  • Orange – In Progress
  • Grey – Upcoming


The stage currently in progress will automatically expand detailing what’s happening, you can also click any other stage to for further information.

Understanding your order stages

Here’s what each stage means. Some stages only appear for bike orders, and some only for Cycle to Work, V12 Finance, or Store Collection orders.

Order PlacedWe’ve received your order and it’s now in our system.
Awaiting V12 Approval
(V12 Finance orders only)
Your finance application has been submitted to V12 and we’re waiting for approval.
Awaiting Cycle to Work Voucher
(Cycle to Work orders only)
We’re waiting for your voucher to be uploaded. You have 28 days to submit it before the order is automatically cancelled.
Cycle to Work Voucher Awaiting Approval
(Cycle to Work orders only)
Your voucher has been received and is awaiting approval. This normally takes around one working day.
Payment ProcessingYour payment is confirmed. Most payments clear quickly, but finance and Cycle to Work orders can take a little longer.
Order ConfirmationYour payment has cleared and your order is now secured.
Scheduling
(bike orders only)
Your build is scheduled by our workshop team. You’ll receive an email confirming your estimated dispatch date.
Custom Colour
(bike orders only, if applicable)
Your chosen colour finish is hand-painted and prepared in our paint shop before the next stage of your build. 
Ceramic Coating
(bike orders only, if applicable)
Our paint shop team applies the ceramic coating to your frame and fork to protect the finish before your build moves forward. 
Component Picking
(bike orders only)
All components are gathered and checked ready for your build.
Bike Assembly
(bike orders only)
Your bike is built by your dedicated Ribble mechanic to your exact specification.
Pre-Delivery Inspection
(bike orders only)
Every bolt, brake and gear is checked and torqued to specification before dispatch.
PackingYour order has passed inspection and is securely packed for delivery.
Dispatch
(home delivery orders only)
Your bike is despatched from our HQ. You’ll receive tracking details via email once available.
Dispatch to Store
(store collection orders only)
Your order is sent to your chosen showroom. You’ll be contacted once it’s ready for collection.
Order CompleteEverything is now closed and your order is complete.

In My Account you can view all of your orders — past and present.
It’s a handy way to track a new build, check dispatch details, or look back at a previous purchase.
