How to track your Ribble order in your account

Your Ribble account is the best way to track your order — from the moment you place it right through to dispatch.

Track your bike build step by step
Once your order’s confirmed, log into your account anytime to check progress. Each stage is updated so you know exactly what’s happening.

Here’s what each status means:

• Pending – Order received in our system

• Order being processed – Payment being confirmed (Cycle to Work and V12 Finance may take longer)

• Order confirmed – Your order is live and moving forward

• Build scheduled – Your bike is booked into the workshop (you’ll also receive a Build Confirmation email)

• Bike painted (CustomColour only) – Frame painting complete

• Parts picked – Components gathered for your build

• Bike in build – Our team is assembling your bike

• Quality checks – Final inspection before dispatch

• Packed – Bike passed checks and packed for shipping

• With courier – Tracking added and ready to leave

• Dispatched – Your bike has left us and is on its way
