When you place an order with Ribble, we want to keep things simple and keep you in the loop all the way through. Your Ribble account on our website is the best place to see how your order’s coming along — from the moment you place it right up until it leaves our workshop.

Track Your Bike Build, Step by Step

Once your order’s confirmed, just log into your account anytime to check on your bike’s progress. We’ll update you every step of the way, so you know exactly what’s going on behind the scenes.

Here’s what each status means:

• Pending – We’ve got your order safely on our system.

• Order Being Processed – We’re sorting your payment now. (Cycle to Work and V12 Finance might take a little longer, so thanks for bearing with us.)

• Order Confirmed – Your order’s officially live and moving forward.

• Build Scheduled – Your bike’s booked in the workshop. You’ll get a Build Confirmation email soon.

• Bike Painted (if you’ve gone for a custom colour) – Your frame’s been painted and it’s looking sharp.

• Parts Picked – All the bits and pieces are gathered and ready for the build.

• Bike in Build – Our expert team is putting your bike together.

• Quality Checks – The bike’s been through a final check to make sure everything’s spot on.

• Packed – Your bike’s all packed up and ready to go.

• With Courier – Tracking info’s been added, and it’s nearly out the door.

• Dispatched – Your bike’s left us and is on its way to you!

Your Full Order History, All in One Place

You can also have a proper look at all your orders — current ones and past ones — right there in your account. Whether you want to check on a new bike or look back at an old favourite, it’s all easy to find.
