We know plans can change. Once you’ve placed your order, there’s often still time to make updates, but what we can do comes down to where your order is in the build process. The earlier you get in touch, the more flexibility we have. Once production has started, especially with CustomColour, changes become more limited and may not be possible.
What can be changed on your order:
A different size or colour (if available in the configurator)
Changes to your bike specification within the configurator
Switching to a different bike
Cycle to Work orders, as long as it remains within voucher value
- Adding extra items (Card Payment orders only)
- Updating your phone number or delivery address
(please note: delivery address changes are not available on V12 Finance orders)
What can’t be changed on your order:
- Parts or specifications outside the configurator
- Components we don’t stock or support
- Fitting customer-supplied parts
- Changes to billing details or email address
- Non-standard sizing or fully custom builds
- CustomColour amendments (once the paint process has started)
Timing Matters
When you request a change makes all the difference:
- Before build Changes can usually be made free of charge
- Picked, not yet built Changes may still be possible, but a £ 50 workshop handling fee applies
- CustomColour – Paint Process Commenced The order is locked in and can no longer be cancelled or amended
- Build started (including CustomColour) The order is locked in and can no longer be cancelled or amended
CustomColour Terms & Conditions
If your order includes CustomColour, there are a few extra things to be aware of:
- Once the paint process has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible
- CustomColour orders are built to your exact specification, so they can be locked in earlier than standard builds. Please ensure that you are happy with your design prior to placing your order.
- Any amendments are subject to the Ribble Custom Colour Terms & Conditions
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order reference. We’ll confirm what’s possible and advise on any impact to cost or lead time.

- A clear outline of the changes you’d like to make
