Further delivery information

Here’s some extra detail to help you understand how delivery works.

Estimated delivery date

• The date you can expect your bike will be shown once you select your frame size.

• For pre-order bikes, the ETA will also be displayed at this point.

Dispatch and tracking

• When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with confirmation and tracking details (if you chose a tracked service).

• Tracking updates may not appear until later in the evening of dispatch or the next working day, so please allow time before checking.

Bulky items

• Some bulky items may carry extra shipping charges.

• These are calculated in your basket and at checkout, based on the weight and size of the items.

Product weight details

• Any weights listed on product pages refer to the product only.

• They don’t include packaging or shipping materials.
