To make removing and re-fitting the wheel as easy as possible, it is advised to put the gear into the smallest cog before starting, regardless of what bike you have.
X35 System
Start by disconnecting the power cable that goes to the rear wheel. You will need to pull this away from the frame, taking care not to let the cable fall into the frame. Then, using an 8mm Allen key or a 15mm spanner, remove the bolt and washer from either side. Make sure to safely set them aside, taking care not to lose either the nuts or washers. The wheel should then drop down to be removed.
Putting the rear derailleur back you will be able to slide the wheel up into the drop-out looking to guide the rotor into the rear calliper at the same time. Once the wheel is in place refit the washers and the bolts tightening the wheel back up. Then you can reconnect the power cable, there are arrows to line up the cable and as you fully connect the cable you should feel a click when fully inserted. Lastly, remember to secure the cable back to the frame with the clips to ensure the cable does not rub on the wheel. Before riding again make a couple of turns on the pedals to make sure the chain is in the correct gear before riding.

X20 System
Using a 6mm Allen key turn anti-clockwise to loosen the thru axle till the treads are clear from the treads in the gear hanger. You then can pull the thru-axle free from the wheel and free the wheel from the bike.
Refitting the Rear wheel is the opposite of taking the wheel off. Make sure that the dropout connector is orientated to connect as you put the wheel in, then re-insert the thru axle this should slide and hand tighten easily before being torque to 10 nm. Before riding again make a couple of turns on the pedals and make sure the chain is in the correct gear before riding.
