We run promotions throughout the year with discounts on selected bikes and ranges. These offers are time-limited and can change without notice.
Price matching before dispatch
If a promotion begins after you’ve placed your order but before it’s dispatched, we’ll match the promotional price if:
- The exact model and groupset you ordered is included in the live promotion
- Your original order did not already include a discount
How we apply the price match depends on your payment method:
Credit/Debit card – refund issued to your original payment card
V12 Finance – reduction applied to your V12 loan amount
Cycle to Work – only possible if you provide a new voucher for the lower amount before dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, we can’t apply a price match. All requests are reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to refuse a claim.
Price matching with Cycle to Work
The only way to lock in a promotional price is to place your order while the promotion is live.
We know it can take time to receive your voucher, so we’ll honour a promotional bike price for up to 28 days after the promotion ends if you place your order during the live promotion.
Best way to secure the promotional price:
- Place your order while the promotion is live, using the “I don’t have my voucher” option at checkout.
- You’ll then have 28 days to upload your voucher in My Account.
- By placing your order during the promotional period, you lock in that price — it will be applied once your voucher is received and approved.
Please note:
If your chosen pre-built bike is no longer available, or the price has changed due to component updates, we may not be able to match the original promotional price. In these cases, you may need to request a new voucher from your provider.
All Cycle to Work price matches are reviewed individually, and Ribble reserves the right to refuse a claim.
