Wondering where your order is up to? Just log into your Ribble account – we’ll keep the status of your bike build updated throughout the entire journey, right up until despatch.


Here’s what each status means, so you’ll always know what stage your order is at:

  • Pending – Your order has been placed on our system.

  • Order Being Processed – Payment is being confirmed. Please note: Cycle to Work and V12 Finance orders can take a little longer here.

  • Order Confirmed – Your order has been received into our internal system and is now live.

  • Build Scheduled – Your bike has been booked into the workshop, and you’ll receive a Build Confirmation email shortly.

  • Bike Painted (Custom Colour orders only) – Your custom colour paintwork is now complete.

  • Parts Picked – All components required to build your bike have been picked from our warehouse.

  • Bike in Build – Your bike is being assembled and is nearly ready to go!

  • Quality Checks – Final pre-dispatch inspection (PDI) is underway to make sure everything’s spot on.

  • Packed – Your bike has passed inspection and is now packed, ready for dispatch.

  • With Courier – Tracking details have been added and your order is ready for invoicing and handover to the courier.

  • Dispatched – Your bike is officially on its way to you!
