When your new Ribble eBike arrives, you may notice a button on the top tube. This is called the iWoc, and what it does depends on the model of bike you’ve chosen.
Flat-bar eBikes
Use the iWoc Trio
A more advanced controller designed for usability and ergonomics
Drop-bar eBikes
Use the iWoc One
A simpler, classic controller that works better with drop-bar setups
Blanking plate
If the button on your top tube is metal with a Ribble logo, it’s a blanking plate
It’s not a functional button and isn’t meant to be pressed
iWoc One
If the button is plastic with a light around the edge, it’s the iWoc One
This is your controller for switching your eBike on and off and adjusting assistance levels
